Terms of Use
These Terms govern access to and use of FAVORA websites, accounts, software platforms, subscriptions, licensed services, and related features.

1. Acceptance
By creating an account, purchasing or receiving access, or using a FAVORA service, you agree to these Terms and any product-specific or organization-specific terms that apply to your use.
2. Accounts and identity
You must provide accurate account information and keep authentication credentials secure. FAVORA may use a central identity account across multiple FAVORA products. Roles and permissions within an individual product or organization may be managed separately from your central identity.
3. Organization-managed access
Universities, schools, companies, government entities, healthcare organizations, and other institutions may provide or control access through tenant memberships, assigned roles, licenses, entitlements, or institutional subscriptions. Organization administrators are responsible for actions taken within the authority granted to them.
4. Products, plans, and entitlements
Access to a product or feature may depend on an active plan, license, entitlement, institutional membership, or other eligibility rule. Product availability, features, plan names, limits, and pricing may change over time, subject to applicable agreements and notice requirements.
5. Billing and subscriptions
Paid services may be billed as one-time purchases or recurring subscriptions. A payment is not considered successful solely because the browser returns to FAVORA; payment status must be verified by the applicable billing workflow. Renewal, cancellation, refund, retry, and access-continuity rules may vary by plan and will be shown in the applicable purchase or subscription flow.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use FAVORA to violate law, infringe rights, bypass access controls, interfere with service availability, probe or exploit security vulnerabilities, distribute malicious code, impersonate others, scrape protected data without authorization, or use another person's credentials without permission.
7. Content and data
You retain rights you lawfully hold in content you submit. You grant FAVORA the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, analyze, and display that content solely to operate, secure, support, and improve the relevant services, subject to applicable privacy and contractual requirements.
8. Intellectual property
FAVORA software, interfaces, branding, documentation, product designs, and related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to FAVORA and are protected by applicable laws. Except for rights expressly granted to you, no ownership rights are transferred.
9. Third-party services
Some features may depend on external providers such as payment, cloud, communication, identity, analytics, or integration services. Their availability and performance may affect the relevant FAVORA feature, and separate third-party terms may apply.
10. Service changes and availability
We may maintain, improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, reliability, legal compliance, product development, or business operations. We aim to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
11. Suspension and termination
FAVORA or an authorized organization administrator may suspend or restrict access when required for security, non-payment, policy violations, legal requirements, expired entitlements, or misuse. Where appropriate, account, subscription, ownership, and service-access states may be managed separately.
12. Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, FAVORA services are provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated in an applicable agreement. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
13. Governing framework
These Terms are intended to operate consistently with applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, unless a separate written agreement specifies a different governing framework that is legally valid.
14. Changes and contact
